Thanks for taking the time to read our This Month in the Natural Garden series. The October installment will feature a sort of “New Year’s” celebration, as October is the month we focus on building gardens, planting plants, doing major overhauls and garden tasks related to transitioning from summer into fall/winter. But that installment is about two weeks away.
For now, mid September, suffice it to say that you can definitely start planting, cleaning up, breaking old dry seed heads of the buckwheats, and hoeing out the last of the summer weeds.
Be sure to watch our instructional video, Plant It Right, if you haven’t done so already.
Stay tuned for “October in the Natural Garden.” Phew, we made it through another hot summer.
