Special Valentine’s Day Event
Create a Native Habitat Container!

You (and your sweetheart) are invited to join us for this unique event. Make a mini habitat bowl using California native plants in a beautiful ceramic container. After a short introduction to container gardening with native plants, pick from a variety of local habitats (including coastal sage scrub, chaparral, and desert) and watch your habitat come to life!
The cost to participate in the workshop is $15, we will provide soil, and a variety of native plants for you to choose from (3 total). To complete the project, you may BYO container, or you may select and purchase a container of your choice with a 10% discount for participating in the workshop. We will provide workspace, assistance, decorative rocks and found wood pieces to decorate your container in a naturalistic style. Please join us for this memorable outdoor event where you will also create a special and unique gift for a loved one.
