Sages, Mints and Such Like…
In this fun and interactive free class you will learn about sage and mint. Using native herbs from your garden, you can find out how enjoyable and easy it is to make:
– Infused tea for a sore throat or digestion, that also tastes great for a gathering of friends.
– Make an organic mint face toner.
See how to mix herbs from your garden for a relaxing bath.
– Watch how to make a mint salt scrub that will get rid of old skin, energize you and moisturize your skin too!
We hope to see you there!

Backyard Birds
Have you ever wondered what LBB (little brown bird) is flitting around in your garden? Or what native plants you could introduce into your garden to encourage more bird life?  If so come join us for an informative talk on Basic Backyard Birding.  Tree of Life’s Alisa Flint will share some helpful tips on identifying some of our local birds by sight and sound as well as which native plant species are irresistible to our feathered friends. Weather permitting we will also take a quick walk around the demonstration garden area to see what we can find.  Binoculars are encouraged.
