Then please join us as we welcome the UCCE Master Food Preservers of Orange County where they will show you examples of safe preserving equipment, as well as different types of canned foods that you can learn to safely produce at home.
Attendees will be shown how to use the products from your own garden or from you local farmer’s market using safe, tested recipes.
