REGENERATIVE LANDSCAPES AND THE CLIMATE CRISIS
Please register for this event here.
Shawn Maestretti and Leigh Adams of Studio Petrichor present Regenerative Landscapes and the Climate Crisis. This timely and informative presentation has been well received by audiences across California and has created a ripple effect into our communities.
Regenerative Landscapes and the Climate Crisis draws upon Nature’s processes to highlight the growing climate crisis, bringing solutions to the surface, and empowering communities to protect natural, living systems.
Embracing real-life solutions, accessible to homeowners, garden enthusiasts, communities, municipalities, and landscape professionals, this presentation immediately engages the audience to provide a blueprint for inspired actions.
“It has been our honor and pleasure to share our message at the Los Angeles County Arboretum, The Huntington Gardens, The Davis Village Homes, Aquarium of the Pacific, Tree People, and many more across the state of California. We currently collaborate with Pasadena Water and Power in regenerative design, implementation and community workshops to bring about the changes we all wish to see.
Please contact us when you have any questions or would like more information on how to get Regenerative Landscapes and the Climate Crisis on your organization’s speaker series and events calendar.”

LOW DOWN DIRT ON MULCH
After stewing over this for around 10 years, Mike Evans will finally let off some steam and attempt to make some sense out of southern California’s “Mulch Madness” in his presentation “The Low Down Dirt on Mulch.” Watch Mike discuss what works and what doesn’t in regards to putting stuff on the surface of your soil in your native garden. “I can’t stay silent on this issue any longer,” said Evans. “Too many gardens have died. Don’t let yours become another statistic.”
